NYU for East Africa: Famine Edition w/IRUSA
Three consecutive failed rains between 2015 and 2017 have led to severe drought conditions across Somalia, South Sudan, Ethiopia, and Kenya. Ongoing conflict in South Sudan and Somalia in particular has exacerbated drought conditions.
Over 15 million people are in need of humanitarian aid.
IC NYU and Islamic Relief USA are teaming up to help bring relief to those suffering from the horrific famine that is currently affecting those in East African countries. Join us at NYU for a benefit Iftar to raise necessary funds for this emergency.
